Quality control

Quality control is of high importance for a company wishing to be competitive on a market requiring more and more high quality products. In order to meet our customers' needs, Italsfere certified its manufacturing process according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and created a Quality Control department in house.

The department boasts modern machinery to be used in order to test half-finished and finished products produced in various manufacturing departments. All machines are calibrated and constantly tested in compliance with current rules and regulations for quality control.

Dimensions and surface finishing tests for balls for valves are carried out and recorded according to the certifications requirements.
